My wife just called to tell me that when she went to PC World in Kingston to try for a Nexus 7 16 gb which has been on sale at £169.95 she was offered the 32GB version for £199. She is on her way home now with the latest version. I don't know if there are any other changes apart from the larger capacity.:)

I hope not! She can take it right back if it is!
They should be going live with it this afternoon, they were waiting for the Google launch event, but thats now been cancelled due to the hurricane in NY.
You'll see it instore and on the web later this afternoon.

It seems the only change is the increased capacity!
working as intended?
People complain that a new version came out 'so soon' after the initial one, now people are complaining that its not different enough?
It's not the Nexus 7 v2, it never was. Its a little bump up to remain competitive with the Fire and ipad 2 (and because 16gb flew off the shelves and 8gb didn't)

lotsa info here
Google Music (and an Itunes match service) coming to the UK in a couple of weeks. FREE.
And early adopters (of any product) should be accustomed to that by now.
It always pays to wait, especially when technology can change so quickly, and when a market is competitive.
I wasn't complaining, just a statement of fact seeing as I was lucky enough to get one today.!:D I am more than happy!:)
Its not even a bump. Its an addition to the existing range with the 8GB being shuffled off the bottom.
Also a 3G version added to the top of the range.
Only a foolish company would actually change spec so soon after release
I can feel a nice shiny N10 32GB heading my way come Xmas bonus
239 gets you a 32gb N7 with 3G
269 gets you a 16gb wifi only Mini
I can see Apple reducing their prices pretty soon, they have to, surely?
Just noticed that a few local PC Worlds have the 32Gb N7s in stock......hmmm....
Early adopters always get shafted. Although 32GB would have been nice but I can quite happily live with 16GB version I have. I'm hoping they've ironed out the problems that plagued quite a few of the early versions. Myself and two other people I know have had to get early units replaced. Although glad to say the replacement units have been fine so far.
I'm happy with my 16GB one too. I'm on my 3rd Nexus 7 now after sending 2 back, but I'm not complaining at the price I paid. Google have been great in that respect, and I will happily deal with them again for the Nexus 4. Google have really thought about where they wanted to go with Nexus and they've definitely come a long long way from the Nexus One (which I had and was great), really impressed.
To borrow a quote from Zack06:
Good on ya mate!:p;) Enjoy!:D
