FetchTV in trouble?

As a Fetch customer it's been a frustrating time of late. No new material for over 4 months and now fetch advertising their porn to get some cash. Being a nerd i looked up their accounts online, they don't seem to be rolling in cash which explains the lack of content. I really regret buying my fetch box now.

Without the stability of broadband/telephony revenue I can see that income aside from box sales and films is limited and unsure which retailers are now selling Fetch boxes.

Are they not part of a larger French company?

And their website seems reasonably up to date http://www.ipvision-uk.tv/news.asp?pageID=2145848561

IPVision, the company behind FetchTV has indeed now gone into administration. Netgem, the French STB manufacturer were, I believe, one of their investors, but after 4 years and several million pounds spent, they'd established a market base of circa 10k boxes (I am informed). So not a good RoI apparent there.
