    Because these are our streets, its a public place and we live in a free country and I decided that some people may want to meet the celebrities

    If the organisers hadn't specified that the public weren't welcome, then it would be fair enough. Turn up and take a chance. But, according to you, they have said they don't want the public there. Presumably there's a reason for this (not wanting to clog up the street, not enough space outside the theatre, possible security issues...etc).
