Will IPTV channels come to Freesat?

Will Freesat / Freetime ever join services like Freeview with Youview in allowing EPG to be used by other companies to bring a pay TV system using the Internet as most Freeview and Freetime already have internet joined ?
I feel that a pay service would allow both to grow and bring new channels to those that can not get all freeview channels or have cable services or pay sky prices.
yes new boxes and TV would be needed but public loves a choice of channels with platforms growth and numbers of TV channels are now here in the UK market.
Growth in Internet TV channels and apps that allow you play them on laptops pads & even phones show that companies feel that there is the money and need.
