I can relate to them. Yes, they have their good and bad points - who doesn't - but I feel the old 'what you see is what you get' cliche is true with them. I always appreciate that in people.
I dont believe Charlie wouldve had a sniff in on the show if it wasnt for the mother/daughter gimmick.
Its the most boring duo they couldve picked imo.
Agree--Jackie's marginally more interesting but Charlie's a waste of space and WHAT is her silly 2-tone hair about?? Ugh ugh. Both truly dull. Maybe Charlie was fun during her 'alleged' wild years, but all the stuffing's gone out of her for a young girl and can only feel she went into BB because Mum wanted to but needed a 'gimmick' to do so. :sleep: :sleep: :sleep:
While Charlie might suffer from foot in mouth syndrome some of what she's said hasn't been totally wrong if not sometimes right. So far I don't mind them.
I like Charlie but Jackie seems to be a founder member of the Wendover branch of the Stepford Wives.
LOL that's my take on them too, Jackie seems to want to turn Charlie into one too, so many times when Charlie has said something, Jackie has shouted her down. She's way too controlling for a daughter of that age, I think she may have been one of Charlie's talked about "former problems".
They're OK. If they had been on their own in other series neither of them would have been memorable. Charlie seems nice enough, she's not a dynamic HM and her mother seems to be inhibiting her.
Jackie is auditioning for a role in a panto. She may just about get one at the local amateur dramatic society.
