    go here: http://www.o2.co.uk/puk/landing/0,,555,00.html

go to the bottom of the page and enter your O2 Mobile Number, the PUK code will then appear on your PC screen, type this code into your mobile, making sure you copy it *exactly* then the phone should say "Enter New Pin Code" enter your new pin, then the phone should say "Verify New Pin Code" enter the same pin as you entered before and confirm by pressing OK, then the phone should be working again :D

You can try the default pin for o2 which is 5555 which you enter after the correct PUK for your number

Sim Rejected means you have totally f*cked your sim by trying to set a non-existent PUK code!! When you tried it, you should have looked at Bens link, which would have worked, but, due to your own impatience, you cocked it up. Sorry, but you will have to get a new SIM...

From o2 site that Ben stated:
    Phone Model
    Nokia

If you see the following - you need a PUK
    Simcard blocked - Enter PUK

If you see the following - you need a new SIM
    Simcard rejected

    Good Luck...
