Since I updated my laptop to the latest version of iTunes Last week, it won't detect my iPhone in iTunes so I can't update /transfer purchases / sync etc . It just gives me the message in iTunes that I've put as my thread title.

Suggestions please . Thankyou.

Type that message in to google.
There seem to be lots of pages giving lots of information. There's even a couple of youtube videos on how to fix it.

Have you tried re-starting the computer and/or your phone?
If neither of these work try un-installing and then re-installing iTunes. If none of that works contact apple.
