Kate Winslet, I know she isn't that old but if you look at her earlier movies and now she looks around the same age which is mid 30s - I think it helps if when you are younger you look older, you kinda stay the same for a long time. Leo went the opposite direction, looked like a kid all through his teens and 20s and now looks like a 40 year old bloater.

:oMy bad lol. Yeah definitely. Portia is only 39 according to wikipedia, but she looks awesome for her age. Ellen looks like she's just cracked the 40's. I think because of her personality it also makes her seem younger as well
