I'm surprised the BBC bought this back after their faking scandal with this programme last time.
To be fair it was just some sour couple that given a second chance to win still didnt manage it so sold their story to the newspapers.
From what I recall they filmed the whole series and nobody won any money as the end game was too hard to win as the couple had to press the button in the same second to win, none of the 8 couples managed it.
They tweaked the end game, invited all finalists back to re-shoot and most won at least half the money, one couple from Wales I think won nothing.
I actually enjoyed last nights show, they seem to have ironed out the fist series issues and I was happy that they won the money.
It's really only one person on this thread. I quite liked the couple.
As for the timing, as I understand it:
Second #1 is at least 30 seconds but less than 31 seconds
Second #2 is at least 31 seconds but less than 32 seconds
Second #3 is at least 32 seconds but less than 33 seconds
and so on.
And it has to be "precision timing" - the button press will be timed to the millisecond, if not better.
I just need to sit and watch and understand the rules. I nodded off last time
The first part is easy. You just have to find the second half to the question asked. The second part is about winning time, the third part is guessing when 30 seconds is up...

It's on 30, 31 or 32 seconds they have to press. Nick explained that if they press before the 30 seconds or after 32 seconds, the safe stays locked.
