In the fairly unlikely event they did nuke something it'd be the west coast of America, and they would be a glass car park shortly afterwards. That's if the missile didn't fall into the sea or explode on the ground, or get blown out of the sky by the anti-missile system. Hopefully (and I believe it's likely) they know this and wouldn't dare, especially as no-one supports them. Even China are getting sick of it. I'd worry a lot more about Iran TBH.

Indeed. Even China have got more sense not to launch a nuclear missile strike against either the UK or the USA. If North Korea does it, it will turn out very badly for them and I don't think the rest of Western Europe or most of Asia will be best pleased. This reminds reminds me of the film (which although is very old now, but is a lesson in MAD), called Mad Games.
