Omega, Rassilon, and another (perhaps the Doctor...) are the founders of the Time Lords.
Omega was a stellar engineer, he collapsed a star to create the "eye of Harmony", a black hole which powered the Time Lord civilisation (including Tardi or Tardises) until its fall.
In completing the project, Omega was drawn into the black hole, and fell into a universe of Anti-Matter; he was driven mad by his isolation. His attempt to escape this fate is detailed in The three Doctors

No, Omega, Rassion and The Other. The Other is his name, and according to the Cartmel Masterplan, the Doctor is the Other. Then he died.
According to the Doctor Who game on the BBC website the 'Eye of Harmony' has fallen into the hands of the Daleks. Not sure how this connects with the finale however.
Sounded like Davros to me...:)Though I really hope I'm wrong...
Can't we have a NEW villain?
But it didn't have any electronic qualities to it - check out clips of his voice, it bears quite a rexemblance to the Daleks in the respect that it has a weird electronic timbre.
The voice that spoke in the TARDIS was nothing like that.

Can't be. He's just a child in TSoD. It was The Other.

The doctor isnt, he said in Series 3 that he and the master were taken down to look into the heart of the time vortex by the elder timelords when he was younger.
The Prisoner Zero woman with the two little girls (the actress from Peep Show) in TEH said "The universe is cracked. The Pandorica will open. Silence will fall."

there were greek letters on the cliff where river had written "hello sweetie" , and this is what they looked like
ΘΣ Φ ΤΥΔϟ
none of those are an Omega tho
Are those first two characters "Theta" and "Sigma"? If so, that is one of the Doctor's pseudonyms...

Who said it happened when he was younger?

The Other may have been the Doctor, or the Doctor may become the other. This temporal stuff is very complicated.

Doesn't make sense, though: Time And Relative Distance In...

But it would be nice to see Omega back.
I'm still waiting for the Black Guardian, though.

Wouldn't it actually be TARDIS' ?
Distance? Isn't it "Dimensions"?
The voice reminded me of the Dreamlord, actually.
Eye of Time
Really?
I'm The Doctor. Well, they call me The Doctor. I don't know why. I call me The Doctor too. Still don't know why....:p
I thought it was the Dreamlord too, but wouldn't that be a big anti-climax if it is, and this was all some dream?
With the dream lord episode, didn't the doctor list things which would interfere with dreams? Or was that just me dreaming?

I think its just "Dimension".
