Can anyone recommend a decent cheap easy to obtain multi region DVD player

Just need a cheap, easy to obtain multi region DVD player, prefer HDMI but scart is fine.

Anyone got any recommendations, with links if possible to the item on websites.

Most cheapie DVD players are or can easily be made multi-region - even those from supermarkets.

This is multi-region out of the box

or an ex-display model with HDMI for £16

cheap dvd players vary massively, the best ones were the old pacific ones from asda, they took about 5 seconds to region hack, if you find one second hand with a disc drive that opens and closes then buy it, but dont pay more than £10, if it breaks press the open button and then hit it at the top 5 seconds later and it opens.

AMAZING what you find on here !
Ive had a cheap ASDA Pacific dvd player for years, but due to draw probs, replaced it with another one, which eventually packed up altogether.

So back to my Pacific,(which I especially like 'cause it has a nice "friendly" Blue digital display ),used to take it apart and clean the inards on the draw and it would work ok. In the end,it the draw would only work, when it was dismantled,as soon as the sleeve was put back on it would only open with help.........ie thick penknife. Next time I use it, MUST try the 5 second tip
