Why would Harvey Nics send me this bizarre email?

Is this a joke? Look at her foot? Can't a big store like Harvey Nichols get a shoe to fit the model. Why? What?

    It's a joke. It says you'd 'best get there early'. If you don't then there won't be anything left that fits, hence the picture. You are supposed to be so desperate for that particular shoe that you would consider wearing it 3 times too small rather than miss out.
