To be fair, the weight hasn't really 'set in', she looks extremely soft, so it will fall off her. Her legs still look good.
This is the point they just fatten themselves deliberately for these "fat shoots" and wear the most unflattering clothes, hire herself a Personal Trainer and the weight will come off fairly quickly, it's not long-term at all.
Hence why these things are pretty immoral, faking it up to give real people hope, that buying their Weightloss plan will work, when it's almost certainly not how they lost the weight.
