This just really takes the f****** p****. Time and time again they keep taking more and more money and for what? No investment in the infrastructure or the crappy Orange website which never works or by some strange quirk it does then you get out of date information.
I thought Ofcom was supposed to be clamping down on this? Or is it just words as usual whilst the back handers are exchanged between networks and men in suits?
In particular with Orange I am sick of calling and getting "David" as he calls himself who is sat in an office on the other side of the world who can't understand me and fails to help with any issues.
