My shoulder.:(
I have a pinched nerve in my neck and it is exaserbating my shoulder problems.
I have been told to take a break from laptop for a few more days , plus i have to buy a proper chair
as this that i sit on is tooo low, therefore i am leaning on the table and putting undue strain on my shoulder.

I do hope i can get back to normal soon, i miss you all soo much.
I have come to the conclusion that i have no life without this thread,
how sad is that.

Afternoon jjjat. And shem, to cheer you up, tomorrow is the 1st of may, which means only 1 full month left till john James is back in the UK on his holibops!!!!! Then who knows what could happen!! Sure to be a few sightings to get us excited & maybe even the odd pic. Just as long as he's had a haircut as the caveman style was not a good look lol!!!!!
