Hot Weather
With next weeks, supposed Heatwave, what would advise be?
Been the coldest June I've known, never have I worn a jacket in June before. Next week is supposed to be different.
Tanna my gorgeous if slightly stubborn old lady German Sheppard, She has I believe a double layered coat , What's best to do ?
I had thought of carrying bottles of water and a bowl around when we're out of walks, and reducing the amount of time she's out for.
The additional worry my house gets very hot with not much shade, I have bought a floor standing fan. I have heard you can put sun cream on them.. Really?? is this true?
Is there anything else I can do so she's not miserable
Thanks so much

Keep the curtains closed to stop direct sunlight, open the window's if there's a breeze, much cooler downstairs.
Cooling her down gently with water?
You can get clam type pools for dogs, keep it in the shade so the water doesn't warm up too much.
