New Super Luigi U question

Is this the same game as Mario U except they ve just put luigi in instead of mario with a few cutscenes and swapped the levels around making them harder?

    Well the levels are different but they do re-use most of the assets.

    It's essentially "The Lost Levels" for the U.

    Yeah, like 'the lost levels' - it's essentially a fan hack!

    But better than other DLCs out there!

    I wouldn't say it's the same game with a reskin. It's different in the fact it's more of a challenge mode. Your racing against the clock with time always against you and it's much tougher.
