Sky and VOIP / Vonage

With Sky and Vonage passing the buck between each other as to who is going to solve the dial-back problem, will the new SKY HDTV STB's still need to have a PSTN dial-connection, or will they be able to use a broadband connection?

    Sky's been using the PSTN dial-connection to tell if both boxes are in the same house. The problem they'd have with broadband connection is that you could make it appear that traffic was coming from one location when in fact it's coming from two. Of course you could setup a VOIP setup that does exactly the same thing on dialup.
