At the moment i dont think they are, im typing this message from one, i did have for a while some issues with the wifi and didnt use it for months but now i use it nearly all the time.
there a little harder than a laptop and little frustrating when having to scroll more on things but overall its really good i managed to get mine getting 50meg bb at the same time and got the red freedom netbook
keep looking at there website as they might bring them back, however would have to go on a 24 month contract, think im now in my 14th month now
