Fundamentally disagree with about 9 on your list :) ... that could be an issue.

What, allowing working class people into politics?

    The backbone of this nation.

Anyway if the OP wants to pay me £1600 a month not to go to work, I'd vote for him!

Fund development into a sort of modular home, making add ons (for example, an extra bedroom for a new child) easy to add.

I'd then build enough of these so everyone gets a roof over their head if they want it, but only exactly what they need. There would be a small charge for maintenance, but it would basically be free

The idea being that if renters can have a home virtually free, house prices would plummet as the buy to let market collapses

Want a bigger house? Then you can buy it, i'm sure it wont cost much.

Sounds like a good plan to me, but im sure there are big holes in my idea!!

    -have full employment
    -build more houses
    -tax on sugar.
-have doctors and colleges open on a Saturday
-have a cost of £10 to see the doctor.
-Make insurance last until you crash, and not be yearly.
    -have a national accessible magazine.
-have an agency for employment for the most vulnerable.

First thing I'd do is break it up, then as prime minister of England (and presuming I had parliamentary support) I would...

    - reform welfare
    - disestablish the Church of England.
    - adopt a foreign policy of non-intervention
    - cut all foreign aid
    - impose strict criteria for immigration
    - reform the Cabinet
    - merge all police departments into a single national force
    - remove England from the ECHR
    - adopt the death penalty for serious crimes, and corporal punishment for lesser crimes
    - legalise, regulate and tax all drugs
    - legalise prostitution
    - renationalise the Royal Mail, railways and water companies
    - adopt strict banking and financial regulations
    - ban payday loan companies
    - reform the House of Lords to be elected on the basis of proportional representation based on overall party votes.
    - reorganise local government based on England's traditional counties.
    - reform the prison system
    - reform public transport
    - reform public education

....and numerous relatively trivial things relating to flags, symbols, anthems, etc....just to create a more uniform aesthetic across the newly independent England.

Because it's inevitably going to break up. Scotland may go next year, and Wales will eventually follow. Unity in England would be preferable.

Hmm...I'd fix up education, take the focus off exams and put it more on life skills and teaching what the real world is about.

Deport any illegal immigrants, they're just wasting space and sucking up things actual citizens could utilize.

And on that note, completely close the gates when it comes to immigration, at least just for a few years so that I could focus on the people we have rather than having to deal with more and more.

I'd implement a no more than three children rule, sort of like China but three instead of one.

Lower taxes, petrol, and cut the amount of wages politicians, footballers etc get, and funnel that money into worthwhile projects like schools, hospitals etc.

Remove all British soldiers from the middle east effective IMMEDIATELY.

Make bigotry and discrimination a lengthy jailable offence.

Ban will.i.am from entering the country and deport Jessie J.

Half the amount of benefits and implement stricter guidelines on who should get them.

Deport foreign criminals, screw their "human rights", if they commit a serious crime then they're out no question.

Any part of the UK that think it's under "sharia law" will get what's coming to them.

Child rapists will have to undergo castration.

Hmm...that's all I got for now.

Increase the price of everything that was unhealthy, bad for the environment or was a nuisance. I'd start with a levy of a thousand pounds on justin biebers music and ban him from entering the UK for not being conducive to the public good.

    best prime minister ever.

Abolish working tax credit in favour of decent wages instead.
Put street lights back on all night again.
Mount an investigation into whether separating our rubbish for recycling so that we need to manufacture scads of different coloured plastic wheelie bins and have three or four dustbin wagons churning out exhaust fumes into the air where once there was only one is as environmentally friendly as we're constantly being told.
Make first aid a compulsory part of the school curriculum.
Give all our pubs something like 'listed building' status to make demolition or change of use much harder - far too many of our pubs are disappearing.
Mark the letter box of anyone caught dropping litter as a community rubbish bin for a month.
Limit transmission of 'reality' TV to two hours a week, and consign it to the most obscure channel available. Transmission of any footage involving Simon Cowell would be illegal.

1/ Stop any future privatisations forthwith, and re-nationalise many privatised industries

2/ Denounce Thatcher as the most evil influence in our society in the last 200 years.

3/ Make it clear to the USA that we are not here to do their bidding. If we think what they are doing is good, we will support them. If not, we won't and we will tell them straight down the line

4/ End the one sided extradition treaty with the USA.

5/ Confirm that HS2 happens, whoever objects. But that homeowners whose properties have to go, will get double the market value.

6/ Life to mean life, but non violent offenders much more likely to get non custodial sentences.

7/ An immediate end to badger culling. Vaccination programme to replace.

8/ An early referendum on whether we remain part of the EU.

9/ Homeowners to be give the automatic right to use deadly force on any intruder who breaks into their house (would not apply to the garden, shed, or garage).

10/ An increase in prison sentences for animal cruelty, which I would class as a violent crime.

    1. Get Britain OUT of the European Union

This is by far the most important issue. All other issues flow from it, since so many of our laws are made by the EU. It places massive restrictions on what our Parliament and elected representatives can do.

    2. Withdraw Britain from the ECHR

    3. Restore the death penalty for rape, murder, paedophilia and drug trafficking/dealing/using

On my final point, this is because I believe the drug laws have failed due to them being too soft. There isn't much of a deterrent. We should follow the example of a civilised country like Singapore.

    4. Restore the property qualification for sitting on juries, and insist that those who sit on them have a degree or equivalent.

Many adults are too stupid to sit on juries. This system is imperfect, but it'd be a LOT better than what we have now.

    5. Education Reform

The return of grammar schools, NOT following an 11-plus exam, but following assessment and a discussion between teacher, pupil and parent. PROPER apprenticeships would be introduced. Many bogus universities offering Mickey Mouse courses would be shut down.

    6. Healthcare Reform

A leading entrepreneur would be brought in to eliminate waste, over-management and inefficiencies in the NHS. Patients would be expected to pay a fee every time they require treatment or see a GP, even if it is only a very small amount, to prevent abuse of the system.

    7. Reform of the tax system

At the moment, many couples can't afford to keep one parent at home and bring up the children, because taxes are so high, yet their taxes are used to subsidise nursery places. That's baffling logic! The tax system also effectively pays for unmarried, poorly-educated women to have many children by numerous fathers.

I would begin by stating that on a date, nine months from now, there would be no state incentives whatsoever to have more children than you can afford to bring up by your own means. I would then also announce an automatic tax break for married couples with children, so that one parent could afford to stay at home and bring them up at pre-school age.

At present, we are ENCOURAGING poorly-educated, unmarried women to have children while effectively PUNISHING married, well-educated couples through the tax system.

    8. Prison Reform

Prisons should be grim, austere places where no right-thinking person would want to end up. There would be no TVs, no computer games, no phone calls home. There WOULD be basic meals, hard work, and basic living conditions.

    9. National Service

Everyone from the age of 18 to 20 would be required to do two years of army training or a civilian alternative, where they would be taken to another part of the country and required to do community work, while staying in residential halls. Both would have uniforms, routine and discipline, along with a culture of obedience. Too many children have been allowed to run riot, largely due to one-parent households.

    10. Alcohol restrictions

We would return to the alcohol licensing laws of the 1980s. Pubs opened at lunchtimes and in the evenings. Smaller shops often didn't sell alcohol at all. Private member's clubs existed for those whose work patterns weren't socially typical (that's why many private member's clubs still exist in places like large hospitals, near markets, and in broadcasting institutions, to give them a place to socialise when they come off shift at unusual times).

    11. Allow smoking in pubs, bars and restaurants

Smoking is bad for you, but not to anything like the extent that certain anti-smoking charities and other organisations funded by dubious bodies would have you believe. I don't believe that light smoking is especially bad for you, and the evidence about the harm caused by passive smoking isn't at all convincing.

    12. End state-sponsored overseas aid

If people want to give money to charity that goes towards helping other countries, that is up to them, but the State should spend British taxpayers' money in Britain.

    13. Tighter controls on immigration

We cannot control our borders until we firstly leave the EU. After this, there would be a set number of immigrants allowed in each year, specifically to fill areas where there is a skills shortage. This figure would be very low in the early years, as immigration has been allowed to spiral out of control since the Blair era.

    14. Tough on Islam

I'm afraid I haven't heard anything like enough condemnation of terrorist attacks etc by ordinary Muslims. I don't believe many of them are quite as 'moderate' as the liberal media would have us believe. I reject its claim to be the one true faith. I also believe there is a very nasty strain of anti-Semitism going right the way through it. I also don't believe their attitudes towards women are compatible with British values.

I would begin by making ALL Muslims swear an Oath of Allegiance to the Queen. I would then order them to allow inspectors into their mosques, schools and community centres, so that what is being said can be monitored. If the situation hasn't improved within a few years, they would be repatriated.

    15. Environmental Policy

Man-made global warming is EU-inspired bunkum. We need MORE nuclear power stations, MORE open-cast coal mines, and to make BETTER USE of the tidal power that exists around the coasts of Britain. We'd begin fracking ASAP as well.

That'll do for now! I haven't even touched on police reform or the armed services yet!
