When did the Diary Room change?

The background in the diary room was made up of blue blocks with a few green ones when this series first started. I noticed last night the green ones have gone and been replaced with darker blue ones.

Wonder why?

I was wondering what was going on with the diary, I thought I was the only person who had noticed, because no one else had mentioned it. I thought it was just lighting that and when they had darker lighter the blocks appeared blue.
