Maybe your IP's DNS server has problems ??
I don't think so because all the other websites I visit are working.
Some of the websites that check whether or not if a website is up say that Wikipedia is down.
It's working fine for me.
Have you tried via a different connection, like via a mobile network?
Firefox says that it cannot find the server. IE says "Windows sent the request to the DNS server and the server responded that the name was unknown".
According to http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/ the site is up.
If you need to access Wikipedia, you can still use the mobile version. Just edit the address to put m. after en.
But using 3g via vodafone its working fine.
FIFA1966..who is your internet provider.
The mobile site appears to be working OK.
Changing DNS makes no difference
EDIT: 5 minutes later and it's back

My Internet Provider is AOL.
Wikipedia must have been down only in some areas. It's been fully accessible for me for the past two days.
