Sound issue on ITV1HD

I am watching Starwars on ITV1HD with the sound running through my Yamaha amp.
Whenever the advert break comes on, there is a loud click through the speakers, but nothing when it goes from the adverts back to the film.
I also noticed it last night watching Benidorm.
Has anyone else noticed this?
