Will.i.am needs to be removed as a judge/coach - he is constantly showing off and doesn't even have the manners to remove his hat.

    I completely disagree I love Will and most shows including the Xfactor would kill for a unique coach like him. Plus he didn't need to remove his hat why should he? That is just Wills style and if you no anything about him then you would no that.

    So do I, Will has 'his own way' of doing things and a source of great amusement too :D The show would be poorer without him.

    Completely disagree with the OP. Will is funny and entertaining and knows a lot about the music business. It wouldn't be the same without him.

    I'd rather see Tom replaced than Will.
    Hats are cool... I'm guessing the op is one of the vast number of people who look silly in a hat and has therefore become hattist ;-)

    I watch almost all RTV crap available to me but something about The Voice just doesn't work. Missed all the new eps and don't really care.

    Will is great fun with the edit, awkward on the lives IMO.

    What about a compromise. Will.i.am takes his hat off for the lives and he can stay? I can't prevent the showing off but then Tom really started that and all Will is doing is trying to keep up.

    My take also - not the best voice around, but he knows how to entertain and keep the audience amused. IMO he deserves his place in the show.

    The basketball player didn't get through, the PE teacher did, he is on Rita's team, Will was the only one not to turn their chair for him.
