  This is really sad, I remember watching him when I was a kid in The Story of Tracy Beaker. And he was quite old then, so it was a bit of a shock ten years later when he popped up in Holby City. I was working on the latest series of Stella but unfortunately did not see him there. And I was working on the main titles.
