Sky email disappearing on ipad2

I have the above problem, it's a Sky Account, an email arrives in the inbox, I view it, it then suddenly goes from the inbox straight to trash.

It's only just started happening, my other half has an ipad4 & has no problems.

Any ideas on how to resolve this please it's driving me mad.

I suspect it may have something to do with the transition from Gmail to Yahoo. Loads of Sky email users have been having problems since late last week. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-22041229
You may have to delete the email account and add it again.
