Need help identifying a new song - think it has a foghorn in it!

Heard a song on Radio 1's breakfast show last week, but don't know enough modern music to be able to find it on the Playlister!
I don't think it had any lyrics, it was just instrumental, but with weird things like traffic noises and I think a foghorn in it. I'm fairly sure I didn't just black out and imagine it but who knows?
Any ideas?

I have to agree though. Not one of the best songs around at the moment, and that foghorn/distorted brass sound is just wrong.
