The only reason I can think of would be from a petty production point of view... so that they can show the footage without revealing to the viewers who will definitely be on the block before the ceremony.

I'm sure their editing can get around that very easily if you mean what they show on the HLs. They invent plenty of ridiculous red herrings by fake DR chats on the HLs as well.
