Hi,
I bought this yesterday for my little Philips TV and can't get it working at all.

I have no idea what the code for the TV should be (the model number is 14PT1563/05S if that helps at all) but I've tried every code as well as the auto search thing... But to no avail.

The auto search has managed to put the TV into standby a few times but then I haven't be able to do anything else with it..?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

I had a previous version of this remote and it couldn't find the code for my Beko either.

Sorry, generally you get what you pay for.

I've been using One For All remotes for more than 15 years now and cannot recommend them (and their telephone support) highly enough.

I specifically recommend the clunky URC 7562 which is one model that can be programmed with new codes over the phone or internet. It's a model now out of production but, if you're patient, you will probably be able to pick one up on eBay for £5 or so - and worth every penny.
