My brother in law went out with a total psycho where they've split up rather recently (last Saturday).
She has a mild learning disability, and claims ESA. She's quite capable of looking after herself, and can walk. However, this is probably the most sickest thing ever.
She's actually applied for a Ring and Ride scheme because she feels it's right to travel from place to place. She's capable of using the buses, and is very lazy.
Surely this is totally wrong, and how have Ring and Ride approved this?
