When was the last time it rained round your way?

Hasn't rained in NI for 17 days and none is forecast for the next 5. Might go a full month without rain, which would be incredible.

A lot of sunny days up until last night when it rained near Newcastle.

    Miserable and misty today.

We had torrential rain for a few hours two nights last week yet it was scorching during the day.
But that was in Kracow :)
I think it rained lightly for a while last night - here.

    Three weeks.

I wouldn't be surprised if it's the driest September on record.

No idea but it feels like ages ago. I wish it would rain, my plants need it and my water butt is empty!

I couldn't remember. According to weather underground, the nearest weather station to mine hasn't recorded any precipitation since the 1st of the month.

Last night, I think. The ground was wet this morning.

The thread title reminds me of a 1990s song. I can't remember how it goes, though. "You think I'm insane, not sane, not sane." Aw, crap. It's becoming an ear worm.

We had some drizzle yesterday, but we still have to water things everyday as everything is dry. I can't remember the last time it rained here. It was weeks ago.

Sunday 14th and Monday 15th , middle of the night, big puddles on road in Morning of the 15th. I don't mind a long dry spell as I have borehole for my watering needs.

It hasn't rained here for nearly three weeks - the garden is bone dry and I had to take a hose to it last night.

You know it's dry when the water coming out of the hose disappears instantly into the soil, even after you've pointed the water at the same spot for ages.

    1pm yesterday.

2013 summer it was dry through most of June and early July when high pressure plonked itself over us I remember being on holiday in first week of July blue sky everyday.

It rained here for the first time in 7 days. September is often a dry anticyclonic month

Yesterday evening for about an hour.

Never mind, we'll soon be moaning that it's raining to much. :D

It's due to rain tonight at 1AM after 24 days without any. Bit excited, might stay up and watch it.
