I know this might not seem important in the grand scheme of things but I was just wondering if anyone else has encountered the same problem
You cannot open a glossy mag without seeing a SKY advert saying if you refer friends or family to us you and they will receive £50 of Marks & Spencers vouchers.
It has been now 4 months since my mother had her SKY connected (and that was a month later than scheduled) and after 5 attempts at calling and a lot of "28 day" waiting periods, they still have not come through the post despite the promise that they are imminently arriving.
Anyone else had problems?
