Our past provides us with the lessons we needed in order to become who we are today. However, the past does not define us.

Let the past be a symbol of our strength today, let it be treated as a blessing rather than a burden, accepting it in order to realize that the pain and suffering is gone and has been converted into our strength.

With each and every passing day, we grow not just physically, but our whole being ascends to a greater height. Now the past can chain us hence stopping our ascension or it can push us further.

Of Course the past can hurt but you can either run from it or learn from it, it is in the act of learning and accepting yesterday that we can aspire to be something greater tomorrow. After all how can an individual fail to accomplish greatness if he constantly strives to walk towards it, never letting anything hold him back and never giving up.

''Tomorrow belongs to those, who prepare for it today''

In life you're only living if you move forward...So I move forward, one step at a time but always forward. Dwell on nothing and free yourself of attachment for everything changes with time.

''The seeds of our destiny are nourished by our past''

So learn to regret nothing, everything in your life has happened for a reason and also because of our choices. Just because you made the wrong choice yesterday doesn't mean you'll do the same today. If you regret anything, it means you're stuck and haven't moved forward. Let go

bit to many "he" and "him" where is the "she" or "her" perhaps a rewrite to "we" ?

try waking up every day and looking in the mirror and seeing your self trapped with no way out you cant move on from yourself....

sometimes what doesn't kill us does makes us weaker...
