Can I play previously downloaded game on a PS4

I have a PSP and downloaded Final Fantasy 7 for it. I am tempted to get a PS4. If so can I re download FF7 for it by using my same account as my PSP?

    I dont really understand what you mean. Ps4 doesn't play psp games.

    No.

    The ps4 does not in any any way shape or form play pps games, vita games, ps1, ps2 or ps3 games.

    Unless they are specifically remade for the ps4.
