I have been on fb for around five years and am considering trying out twitter. Is anyone on twitter and is it better than facebook.

    Its a bit like comparing a hot chocolate to a cheese sandwich. They are different things.

    Facebook is mostly for people you know, twitter is for people you wish you knew

    Both let you follow articles of interest ie; science news. Give it a go. I know lots of people on both.

    Now...Bebo vs Faceparty...theres a discussion :D

    I love Twitter but hate Facebook with a passion. I find FB too commercial and complicated. Twitter is a lot simpler. The other thing I like about Twitter is that it can be used as a news feed, kinda like an RSS feed. Its a great way to keep up with the news.

    Twitter is so much better. Facebook is a brilliant platform to read people bragging.
