    I'd peg him as a well-preserved 38ish.

    He can look like a very badly preserved 38 on one of his off days.

    He's done one of the mistakes of many fitness-centric folk - abs over face. Too low a body fat, and it ages your face a decade.

    When he's done himself up he's quite nice, but the rest of the time he looks dog rough and at least ten years older than he is.
