SCA Term Periods for 2015 are
15 February – 31 March
01 May – 31 May
15 August - 30 September
01 November – 30 November
So far there is no indication of a date so it’s anyone’s guess. If they don’t fast track the appeal then there is a good chance it will not be any of those dates!
I think the SCA will have to do a fine balancing act so as not to appear they are ‘favouring’ Pistorius over the average citizen of SA who has to wait years for an appeal to be heard.
