    Here we go again. Woooooooo Excitedddddddd. Paul Akister and Jake are back. Geoff Mull who got to bootcamp last year is auditioning on 26th in newcastle, im looking at big things for Geoff.

    i believe Geoff is singing this John Legend (all of me). As he put this forward along with Better man.

    Wow I really like Only The Young. They're all attractive and they all have good voices. I like how they're a mixed group too, I can't even remember the last time there was one that made the live shows. Lots of potential imo.

    George Shelley from Union J was briefly part of the group before he got the call to join Triple J for Louis' Judges Houses.

    Seems odd to me that they're auditioning for X Factor again. Parisa auditioned as part of a girl group called OSB twice before and I think Mikey and Betsy auditioned too and that's where they met Parisa and George.

    They're co-managed by the person who put Stooshe together and Peter Andre's management. They also just got voted to perform at Capital's Summertime Ball with a bunch of major artists.

    So is X Factor really going to help them? Or could it actually hurt them in the long term if they don't get signed by Syco?

    If Geoff is the guy I think he is... Didn't he kick off after getting cut at Bootcamp? Not shown (surprisingly) but is was there and he was first up and didn't like getting cut :O

    Jahmene was overrated and had a good few trainwreck performances. The main reason he was so popular was because of his "nice, cute, shy" persona thing he had going on.

    awesome ive asked this on another forum will he now be in the overs category now cause he was 23 when he auditioned last time. if so lets hope he has better luck than what joseph Whelan did

    Even so he is talented and would easily get votes - an edgy Shayne Ward really.

    Does anyone know if Tom Mann is returning - has he confirmed it? He was another robbed contestant - bet he'd do a Matt Cardle if he returned. Perhaps the reason he was let go of in the first place?

    Not sure that would be a good thing. :o Wouldn't wish the level of hate Matt got on here on anyone. I can still remember one poster saying that he found the idea of Matt failing as "delicious"

    Jake has over 100k followers so I severely doubt 'only 12 people' tweeted it. ;-)

    Anybody who is trying to make a successful career in the music industry probably comes across as "desperate" at some point because it's a logical way of building up your fanbase and getting more exposure.

    And last time I checked Andrea Magee, Luke Friend, James, Carolynne, Aiden, Sophie and many of the various other X Factor acts I have enjoyed weren't fat or black.

    Nice try though.

    Anyone know if Andrea Magee has went for it again? IIRC she mentioned it a few months ago on Twitter but it was never clear whether she was reauditoning or not. Hope she does though, the Overs are almost always joke acts or very dated singers, Andrea was very fresh and different.

    Sophie Bond from X factor 2011 has auditioned again and got four yes's from the judges.

    She had brown hair this time unlike the last audition with the bright red hair who sung dolly parsons 9-5 song! There is a couple pics on her Instagram and twitter of the auditions.

    I didn't know they were allowed to post anything

    Excited about a mixed group. It's about time they came back. I always preferred them to boy or girlbands.

    Oh ffs I hope we dont have the same situation as last year with too many past contestants coming back, I thought the big audition tour was supposed to unearth new faces
