How do you know he didn't? No one has seen 24/7 live footage to know, except Perez.
He was talking about the food in the house. Perez took that comment and made it sound like something it wasnt

You say 'clearly', but how can it be clear?
If we know that Calum said it in the diary room it doesn't sound that implausible that he may have mentioned it in conversation with Michelle too.
We weren't shown Michelle saying that this country needs a voice on the HL show. So we could say that she 'clearly' never said it. But we know that she did, only because BB uploaded a clip online.
There must be loads of little things that they don't upload online or show on the HL show.
That does make sense you know. Often when housemates give exactly the same reasons for nominating somebody it is frequently because housemates have been discussing that thing together in the house.

He did indeed explain a lot better in the bedroom just what he meant.
