EE: Where has dog gone

in Soaps #1
I haven't seen her in ages, is she just having off screen time or has she made a temporary departure? I knew she had Fatboy and Cora living with her at one point, are they still living there? Or is her house currently empty at the moment with nobody living inside.

    Lol I think you mean Dot!

    June Brown (the lady who plays her) is having some time off right now to work on other things. The story on the soap is that she has gone to visit Nick and Dotty (her son and grand daughter) I believe. At the moment Cora and Poppy are in the house I think, but might be wrong.

    She's due back on screen in January, it's just been announced :)

    I didn't know that was supposed to be the off screen storyline! I thought Dot and Nick ended on bad terms during that "filler" spell Nick had back in the Square in 2009, culminating in the laughable cafe fire then his exit! While I thought Dotty was now back living with her Mum, who came to claim her from her stay at Dot's three years ago of course.

    EE hasn't had a proper doggy character since Wellard and Roly, Terrance had a reasonable part for a while, then got sidelined.

    Does she know where Nick is? I thought he vanished after the fire in the cafe. Besides, Dottie left with her mum.

    Ah that was another daft storyline, Dotty wandering off with her Mum who's just turned up on the doorstep after a quick introduction.

    Anyway I'm not watching EE theses days.

    Albert was a gorgeous looking boxer but yeah he got out and did one and was never seen again.

    Still not sure what happened to Terrence tho. Probably babysitting all the toddlers in the square :D

    What it says on Wikipedia: Still devastated by Heather's murder, Dot leaves Walford temporarily to visit her granddaughter, Dotty. In July 2012, she is joined by Rose.

    Knew it was something to do with Dotty!
