I can understand it from a breeding point of view...but essentially, dogs hump other dogs as a sign of dominance, dogs and bitches actually breed bum to bum!!

How the frig can you tell if your dog is gay? They hump anything, any time. It might have just had a good session with a chair leg when it meets a bitch. But even so, its hardly likely to impact on your life, is it.
I find it odd that someone would discard an animal at the best of times, let alone a "gay" one... You have to worry about the mentality of some people. Personally I think it's a poor excuse for getting rid of an animal. If I had a Gay dog it would be fabulous and wear lots of pink glittery Doggy jackets

Exactly. I'm not gay, but I most certainly mean no disrespect to those who are. Anyway, the very idea of a gay dog is ridiculous. Not that animals don't exhibit homosexual behaviour, just that I don't think they are emotionally developed enough to be defined as gay or straight. They really do think with their dicks. Any hole's a goal. Or any leg, come to that.
