re avast 4.8 home version and outlook

for some strange reason all of a sudden i get this message that avast is "waiting for a subsystem to start" on the web shield of outlook exchange i ahve tried enabling and disabling this in outlook add in but to no avail i used ti get an avast slash screen when launching outlook but now i dont and even whaen outlook is running i get the same waiting message anyone any ideas ?

Choose the option to Repair. if that doesn't work, uninstall Avast, reboot and install the latest version. Or even better, install Avira instead. It's faster and has better detection rates.
doh ok tried it and found it but no diffrence it still says waiting for system to start
