But the judge only has to find a tiny bit of doubt and he could walk free going by last nights catch up prog. Unless I heard it wrong.

Everything points to OP shooting to kill whoever was behind that door.
but the Defence case are presenting contradictory evidence to Oscar's own testimony ! so I don't think it's possible he would walk now.

He shouldn't of course, but he will.

Ouch - looks like the witness is colluding with the council when under oath.

would imagine he'd have his own room - carpet, decanter, posters, books, gym - But if anyone used his legs against HIM, they'd be sued by Oscar's people, and risks too high, he could use them on someone else, it is a weapon, and you can see why though.

I do in a way but it seems REALLY inhumane. BIB made me :D
Why do you think he's so eager to avoid prison? He'd have no prosthetic legs and would be confined to a wheelchair if he's lucky. Depending on the prison, I don't think he'd receive any special treatment either.

I would hope he would at least get a wheel chair - it would be horrendous in prison walking round on his stumps.

Did Dixon use talon bullets on the door? Or other ones, anyone? Has it been said?

    Phone call.

Oooh, Nel inferring there is collusion.

G'morning all you lovely people and thank you for keeping me updated and making me laugh all day yesterday, even though I spent all day in hospital with kidney stones :(

It was a really horrible day but I still managed to have a chuckle through the pain, because of you amusing bunch:D Cheers.

    So Nel is misleading?

I can't honestly say as have had TV on mute most of the morning because have been on the phone. Watching Dixn without sound is actually more entertaining than with!

I don't think the Judge can ignore that there could have been interaction with the witness during his testimony.

If you mean the magazine rack, it's not exactly a devastating contradiction. None of the experts can know its position for certain, and there seems little benefit to Pistorius in lying about it. I doubt something like that would have any influence one way or another.

He couldn`t get them as they were "too hard to find". Used copper-jacketed Ranger ammo instead. Despite that Sky News got hold of Black Talons within 24 hours.

This is desperate from Nel, IMO but throw enough mud and some will stick.
