The regular Bundesliga season is over, so the promotion/relegation play-offs are now finalised. Fortuna Düsseldorf and Hertha BSC will fight for the last available place in the Bundesliga. Both teams have had a disastrous 2nd half of the season, collecting only half the points they scored in the 1st half. Nonetheless, we can expect two hard-fought matches in packed stadiums.
Then, of course, there's the German Cup Final between Dortmund and Bayern, the two giants of this season. With 81 points in 34 matches, Dortmund have set a new all-time Bundesliga record (47 points in the 2nd half of the season!), while Bayern have only conceded 22 goals, which is also a new record for a team not winning the title. From an English point of view, this will of course be a chance to see Chelsea's opponent in a highly competitive match, just one week before the CL final.
And when the club season is finally over, there will be lots of international friendlies on German FTA stations, leading up to EURO 2012.
The entire EURO tournament will be live on ARD and ZDF (with the simultaneous games on matchday 3 on Einsfestival and ZDFinfo), but I won't prepare a detailed listing, as the matches are available in the UK and across Europe anyway.
