Sorry to hear that, mate. I also lost my mum to a heart attack as well.
Remember there is no right way or wrong way to grieving, only your way. It will take time, so don't rush it or pretend you are over it before you are. Let it out!
But you did know her so think what she would be telling you right now.
Poor, poor you Gutso. Make sure you talk to others when you to need to, rather than 'putting on a brave face'. And remember the good memories to help keep her smile in your heart. Lots of love and hugs at this awful time. Xxxxx
Bless you Gusto, a terrible thing to have happened. I hope you have family, or a near friend or partner to help you through this initial shock.
I lost my lovely mum 14 months ago, aged 86, but not a day or night goes by without me having a quiet weep, so please be aware that your grief may be a long term ordeal, although the heart breaking pain does lessen with time.
Take each little step at a time and remember to take care of yourself.............your mum would want you to
The people on here are great with help and advice, and it's often easier to open your heart to anonymous strangers.
I wish you all the best and will keep you in my thoughts.

Good words
Really feel for you, I lost my mother when she was only 56 (Easter Monday 1984)...I also lost my first wife to a heart attack when she was 54.
All my best wishes to you!
I am so so sorry for you and the family.
I wish you and yours all the very best at this sad time.

Sorry to hear about the sad loss of your Mum.
Sorry to hear that, Gusto. I know from your earlier thread she hadn't been well.
