What on earth 
I live in a house where you can see others gardens. I just looked outside the window and my neighbour was faffing around outside and I thought nothing of it. Two secs later he is crouching down my his pond. I still didnt really take much notice until he pulled his trousers down and then he got some toilet roll from his pocket and started wiping his arse. :eek: Im just in shock and cannot believe what I just saw. I am hoping he was wasted. But still He seems normal when I have spoke to him.
Shall I pop over and see if he is OK?
