Obscure Enemies You Want to Return

We keep hearing people say they want the Rani, or the Black Guardian, or Sil to return, and why not? They were interesting characters, so it would be interesting and popular characters.
But what about some of the less-known? The enemies who only appeared once, and were never given any sort of mention again?
What are some of the little-known enemies that would make most people ask "who?", that you would like to see return?
For me, it would be the Voord, and Drahvins.

I think they had a brilliant design and are definitely deserving of a powerful story...maybe even a two-parter if they were to be reinstated. I imagine the effects team could spruce them up quite a bit too by now
E.g. too brilliant (and probably not sufficiently obscure anyway): Taren Kapel, Sharaz Jek.
So, ummm, The Master of the Land of Fiction? A trip back there would be no bad thing.
The Tollmaster from 'Delta and the Banermen'
The Zarbi (ditto)
The Drashigs (Pertwee era)
The Terreleptils (Davison era)
Good old Ken Dodd! He was hardly an enemy though, was he?
Not really but maybe his experience with the Doctor could have turned him evil
Other enemies I'd like to see return would include the Kandyman but in a more dark way and the Axons
Another trip to Peladon would be great though aswell
Only so they could reveal that all the cubes did was make everyone have some sort of dream, so what they thought was happening, didn't. That might then help explain a few things?
Beat me to it.
Okay, serious time: The Krynoids. Seeds of Doom is probably my favourite Classic Who story and there might be more they could do with the Krynoids. Another favourite of mine is The Curse of Fenric so maybe they could do some more with Fenric?
Another enemy I'd really like to see return would be the Ogri. I felt they didn't quite live up to their potential in The Stones of Blood and there's a lot more you could do with them without the silly space criminal and law robots.
Actually that's a good point. I thought the Shakri were brilliantly sinister and had so much potential...but instead they were given 3 minutes screen time before the Doctor blew them up with his sonic screwdriver.
One of the 'lost stories' from Colin Baker's cancelled second season involved the Celestial Toymaker fighting the Doctor and Peri in Blackpool. It was to be called The Nightmare Fair (which might be the novel you've just read) and Big Finish turned it into an audio adventure a couple of years ago (so you can basically hear what the story would have been like).
The format would have to go back to multiple 30 min ones, 45 wouldn't be long enough if he came back.
Not sure whether 'obscure' is the how I'd describe it (and if it is to you, I order you to go and watch Kinda and Snakedance immediately! ) but I think the Mara has legs as a concept. (but not as a snake obviously) Seriously.
