Do banks and utility companies etc... allow customers to use web based email addresses?
Does anyone not?
I am just leaving O2 and wondered if it save all the hassle of changing email addresses again if I change ISPs later on.
Is web based email any less secure than the accounts allowed by ISPs?

Years ago I got myself a personalised email address via Hover and I can use it whatever ISP I am with.
Same here. Have used Gmail for a long time and never found it to be a problem.
Yes, DS was one site that wouldn't allow a Hotmail address but that was 8 years ago, maybe it's changed. There were one or two others, can't remember who.
Why is there no thanks button?
Don't need one
Its hidden.
