After your gym workout stay at the coffee shop or bar (most gyms have them) and see what happens. If he is interested in you, he will make a move. If he looks unhappy and seems unfriendly he does not sound like great fun to be with. Perhaps he is married or in a relationship. I personally would not approach a man and ask him out!!! You would look a right idiot if he is married!!! Also, a bit concerned about your "intense feelings" for someone you have only seen and not even had a conversation with????? Perhaps if and when you actually talk with him you will find him as dull as ditch-water??? LOL
